What are the legal grounds for our processing of your personal information?

Where your data has been provided to us by a third party it is that party’s responsibility to ensure that they are able to do so. In all cases where we process data to make contact with you following a referral you should already be expecting us to do so.

When we process your data in the following ways we do so on the basis that it is in our legitimate business interests to do so in order to fulfil our obligations to the third party who introduced you to us and to offer you the products and services which you should reasonably be expecting us to offer:

Do we share your personal information with other organisations?

Is your personal information transferred outside the UK or the EEA?

We’re based in the UK but sometimes your personal information may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. If we do so we’ll make sure that suitable safeguards are in place, for example by using approved contractual agreements, unless certain exceptions apply.

Do we do any monitoring which involves processing of your personal information?
